Verify who you hire before they
set foot in the country.
Background check, licensing before the destination regulator and AI document validation, in one auditable file. Your organisation runs the processes for its whole workforce from the same portal, under its own brand.

Verifying a person is three separate checks.
Each answers a different question and is settled with a different counterpart. You can contract them together or separately.
Who they are and what they did before.
The Trust Agent gathers identity, background in the country of origin and employment references contrasted through a closed channel, and consolidates them into one report with its evidence and full traceability. The system collects; your team audits the verdict. This is the part that survives an audit and that you can put in front of your committee without explaining how a model works.
See Trust AgentWhether they can practise in your country, and when.
The Regulator Agent files with the competent authority in the destination country and tracks its status on the government portals, which is where most processes stall. Your organisation sees each candidate's real progress on its dashboard, without calling anyone and without depending on the professional forwarding an email.
See Regulator AgentWhether the paperwork holds up before you file it.
The Verifier Agent checks each document's authenticity and data consistency with OCR and AI, and leaves them in a review queue to approve or reject quickly. It is an operational signal, not a legal verdict: no AI signs the result, an analyst confirms it and the reason is recorded. An incomplete file is the number one cause of months lost.
See Verifier AgentWhat Booka solves in recognition.
Recognition is not translating a degree: it is the destination country accepting that the education matches its own and clearing the person to practise. Your team supervises; the file work is ours.
The right authority
Every country has its own, and every degree its own procedure. We file with the one that counts, so your team does not have to learn a regulatory map per country.
The complete file
Apostille, sworn translation, syllabus and certificates. The exact list per country and degree, so no file stalls halfway over a missing document.
The official fee
Official amount published before starting, paid on the file's behalf and passed through at exact cost. No estimates, no charges appearing later.
How each of your workforce's files moves.
The same route across the four destinations, with the paperwork that changes in each and the status visible on your dashboard.
- 1
We classify the case
We check which procedure applies to each person — recognition, equivalence or professional qualification — based on their degree and the destination country.
- 2
We build the file
We coordinate apostille and sworn translation and gather syllabus and certificates in the format the authority requires. The Verifier Agent validates them before filing.
- 3
We file it and pay the fee
We submit the application and pay the official fee. From there the Regulator Agent tracks the status on the authority's portal and your team sees it on its dashboard.
- 4
We answer every request
If the authority asks for more documents, we prepare and file them within the deadline. This is where most files stall when each professional handles their own.
Where and in what we get recognition.
Published destination countries, degrees with their own procedure and process guides, each with its authority and its fee.

18Questions about degree recognition.
Recognition, equivalence or professional qualification?
It depends on whether the profession is regulated. Recognition matches the degree to a specific national one and allows regulated practice; equivalence recognises the academic level; professional qualification allows practice without matching the degree. We classify each of your people’s cases before filing anything.
How long does it take?
It depends on the authority and the country, and the statutory deadline is not the real one. Each country page publishes the official deadline set by law and the competent authority, so your team plans against the source rather than against a promise from us.
What if they ask for more documents?
That is normal, not a bad sign. We prepare the response and file it within the deadline. The files that are lost are usually the ones that answer late.
Can they join while it is pending?
It depends on the destination country and the profession. You can flag your vacancies as accepting a pending degree, but a regulated profession requires the licence before practising. We do not promise otherwise.
Does anyone need to travel?
Not for the procedure. The file is submitted online, and we coordinate the apostille and the sworn translation in the country of origin.
What does the price include?
Each country's price is on its page and comes from the live catalogue, not a hand-written figure. It covers handling the file and coordinating apostille and translation; the official fee is passed through separately at exact cost.
Start with your corridor.
Every country page carries its competent authority, its documents and its official fee, with a link to the source. We show you the portal with your corridor and your profession in front of you, not a sample case.
