What is the difference between Regulated Workforce and Trusted Workforce in operations?
Regulated Workforce covers profiles with a qualification or professional licence that requires equivalency or official recognition before a body (crane operators, EN-certified welders, C+E drivers). Trusted Workforce covers profiles without formal authorisation that only need identity verification, background check, health certificate and migration documentation.
Can you verify foreign driving licences and machinery permits?
Yes. Verifier Agent contacts the DGT or equivalent authority in the issuing country and confirms validity, categories and expiry date. For C/C+E licence equivalencies between EU countries and third countries, it coordinates with the traffic authorities of the receiving country.
How long does a full flow take from hiring to employment registration?
For Trusted Workforce (without formal authorisation): 6 to 10 weeks. For Regulated Workforce (with qualification or licence equivalency): 8 to 16 weeks depending on the receiving country and profession. Both timelines include work visa if applicable.
Do you work with temporary employment agencies (ETTs)?
Yes. Booka is the technology layer; the agency manages the employment contract and the relationship with the worker. Booka verifies, processes degree recognition and coordinates the visa before the agency formalises the definitive contract.
What happens if the receiving body rejects a licence equivalency?
Regulator Agent identifies the rejection cause and proposes the alternative route: supplementary training, local aptitude test or equivalency via a different pathway. No additional cost to the company except new formal processing.
Can you handle volumes of 50-200 simultaneous workers?
