Know who you hired, before it costs you

You add the employee and request their documents from inside the platform, and we verify them: identity, criminal record certificate, employment history confirmed with the previous employer itself, and a sanctions screening. Each completed check feeds one score, 0 to 100.

The problem

The visa that never comes through

For the skilled trades, Saudi Arabia requires the professional examination to be passed before the work entry visa is issued. A trade certificate from the worker's home country does not substitute for it: the ministry's procedural guide states plainly that such certificates cannot be converted.

So a candidate is chosen, an offer is signed, fees are paid — and the file stalls on a test nobody had planned for. There are three attempts in total; exhaust them and no work permit is issued for that profession.

The cheapest moment to find a bad file is before the offer, not after mobilisation.

Verification

Four checks, one score

You upload the person once. We show what we found and what we could not confirm, without dressing it up.

Identity

The identity document is extracted and checked against what the candidate declared. Not a photocopy taken at face value.

Criminal record certificate

The candidate supplies the certificate and we verify it as a document: we read its data and match it against their identity. This is document verification, not a query to a foreign criminal registry — the difference matters and we state it plainly.

Employment history

We contact the previous employer directly and ask them to confirm, rather than taking the CV's word for it. That is the difference between verification and reading a CV.

Trust score
00

Computed from the four checks, and it rises as each one completes. Not an opinion — what survived verification. While the documents have not arrived, the score stays low because the checks have not run, not because the candidate is doubtful.

Trust Agent

What the file actually looks like

One panel per candidate: the four checks and their status, which documents have arrived and which have not, and the score. What we could not confirm shows as exactly that, not hidden.

Professions

Fifteen professions we cover

This is not an official ranking of "most in demand" — no such ranking is published. What is more useful: ten of these require passing the professional exam before the visa, and that is where hirings that looked closed fall apart.

Hiring from abroad

102,000+ professionals, and the process in one place

0+

A base of professionals from the Philippines, Pakistan, India, Latin America, North Africa and Europe, with the hiring process managed inside the platform itself: from candidate to documented file.

The difference is not the size of the base. It is that every candidate in it goes through the same verification before reaching you.

Saudization

And your band decides whether you can hire at all

Before any individual candidate matters, your Nitaqat band determines whether you can request visas. In Low Green new requests stop; in Red you cannot even renew the permits of the staff you already have.

Frequently asked questions

What does Trust Agent actually check?

Four things: identity, by extracting the document and matching it against what the candidate declared; the criminal record certificate the candidate supplies, which we verify as a document; employment history, confirmed with the previous employer itself; and a live sanctions screening against OpenSanctions.

Do you query criminal registries in the candidate's home country?

No, and we say so plainly. The candidate supplies their certificate and we verify it as a document: we read its data and match it against their identity. We do not query a foreign criminal registry. The only live query we run is against international sanctions lists.

What does the 0-100 score mean?

It condenses the results of the four checks into one number. It is not an opinion or a rating of the person — it is what survived verification. The checks we could not complete are shown alongside it, so you can see what is behind the number.

Is the Saudi professional exam mandatory for everyone we hire?

No — it applies to the skilled trades in SSCO groups 4-9: electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, vehicle mechanics and others. The high-skill professions in groups 1-3 go through documentary qualification verification instead, which is a check rather than a test. Both happen before the visa.

What does the free tier include?

Three active candidates, with all four checks and the trust score. No credit card.
