Does Booka select for us?
No. Booka publishes your vacancies, qualifies the applications and then runs the recognition and visa of whoever you hire. Who you hire is your call: the decision belongs to your organisation.
Can we hire someone whose degree is not recognised yet?
Depending on the profession and the receiving country. You can flag the vacancy as accepting a pending degree, and the file advances alongside onboarding. Regulated professions require the licence before practising.
How long does it take us to fill a vacancy?
We do not know and we are not going to invent it: it depends on the profile, the corridor and the country. What we do give you is the real status of every application and every file, so you plan on data and not on a promise.
What does sponsoring the visa mean?
That your organisation takes on sponsoring the work permit. You declare it per vacancy: it filters for you, so you stop receiving applications that were never going to be able to join.
What does publishing a vacancy cost?
Publishing is included in the job offers module, with distribution on Google for Jobs and aggregators at no extra cost. What is contracted separately is the lead Marketplace and the recognition and visa files, each with its own price.
