1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device (computer, tablet or mobile) when you visit them. Cookies allow the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as language, font size and other display options) over a period of time, so that you do not have to reconfigure them each time you return to the site or navigate from one page to another.
In addition to cookies in the strict sense, Booka uses similar local storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) for the same purposes. References to “cookies” in this policy also include these technologies. In the Booka mobile application, device identifiers and similar local storage technologies are also used.
2. Legal Basis for the Use of Cookies
The use of cookies on our Platform is governed by:

- Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
