Your international workforce,
in order and on time.
The procedures that let your workforce live and work in Spain, run alongside recognition. Each with its real requirements, its document list and its stages — with no promises about what the authorities decide.

One procedure and a whole workforce relocating are not managed the same way.
The procedure is identical; what changes is the volume, who answers for it and what you need to see to plan a start date.
Spain's thirteen procedures, each with its own page.
Arraigo, citizenship by residency, family reunification, renewals, student stay, digital nomad and the EU Blue Card, among others. Each page publishes requirements, documents and stages with a link to the regulation, so your team knows which route applies to each person before promising a start date. Subject to receiving country.
See the proceduresYour whole workforce's visas, in parallel.
The visa module runs the procedures alongside recognition, not after it: status per file, associated paperwork and alerts when something expires or is missing. Your team sees on one dashboard how many people sit at each stage, instead of chasing twenty open processes by email. Subject to receiving country.
Move talentWhat legal status solves.
Getting your degree recognised gives you no right to reside. Legal status is the parallel track: the permit that lets you stay and work.
The right procedure
Arraigo, reunification, switching from study to work or a Blue Card are not interchangeable. Each page says who it is for and who it is not.
The real paperwork
The full list per procedure, flagging the certificates that take longest and should be requested first. Most refusals are documentary.
Stages and fees
What happens after filing, how long each stage lasts and which official fee applies. Written before you hire us, not after.
Legal status, step by step.
The same route across the thirteen procedures, whatever the requirements.
- 1
We classify the case
Each procedure carries its self-test and its who-it-is-for block. If you do not qualify, it says so before you pay anything.
- 2
We gather the paperwork
We give you the exact list and the order to request it in: criminal record certificates and residence registrations set the calendar.
- 3
We file the application
We prepare the file and submit it to the competent office, with the official fee that applies.
- 4
We follow the decision
If there is a request for more information, we answer within the deadline. The outcome is decided by the authorities, not by us.

Booka prepares the file
We collect the documents, check what is missing or will not be accepted, and build the file in the portal. 100 % online.
Booka Legal files it
Booka Legal reviews the file and files it as your representative. If there is a request or a refusal, Booka Legal can answer it or appeal.

2Questions about legal status.
What is the difference between recognition and legal status?
Recognition is having the degree accepted; legal status is having permission to live and work. They are separate procedures before separate authorities, and neither depends on the other. Most of your hires need both.
Can you guarantee approval?
No, and anyone who guarantees it is lying to you. The authorities decide. What we do is make sure every file arrives complete and on time, which is where most are lost.
How long does my procedure take?
Each page publishes the statutory deadline and the stages of the procedure. Statutory and real timelines do not always match, and we say so on every page.
When was the content last reviewed?
All procedure content was reviewed in September 2026, with the legislation cited on each page so you can check it.
What if I file the wrong procedure?
You lose the fee and the time, and in some cases the deadline. That is why each page starts with who it is for and who it is not, before the price.
Do you work outside Spain?
The legal status block currently covers Spanish procedures. For other destinations, the visa is handled inside the hiring process when the employer sponsors it.
Start with the procedure that applies to your people.
Each page carries its requirements, its documents and its stages with a link to the regulation. We show you the visa module with the volume and the corridor you actually handle, not a sample case.
