Your Spanish immigration procedure — fixed price , fully online.
Every procedure with its price published before you commit, the full document checklist and its stages. No paid consultation, no custom quotes.
Start from your situation, not from the name of the permit.
Most people do not know whether their case is an arraigo, a modification or a renewal — and that is fair: the names come from the administration, not from the people who need them. Here you pick the situation you are in and see which procedures fit, with their price and their documents.
Booka's fees are published on every page and are the ones the charging system actually applies: they are read live from the same catalogue. Official government fees are paid separately to the administration and detailed in your case file.

Every procedure and its price.
One procedure leads to the next.
Almost nobody does a single procedure. These are the usual sequences: knowing where yours leads tells you what comes after, and when.
You came to study
The student route is the longest and the cleanest: each step builds on the previous one without ever leaving Spain.
You have been living here for years
Arraigo regularises your situation; from there the path is the same as everyone else's.
You are coming from abroad
Permits requested from your country, and what comes next once you are settled here.
Almost nobody publishes the price.
Of the digital immigration firms we reviewed in September 2026, only one publishes a price and lets you hire online. The rest ask you to call, or to pay for a consultation before telling you what the procedure costs.
Read live from the catalogue that charges it. Official fees are separate in both cases.
What gets files returned — and how we stop it.
Filing with incomplete documentation
What it costs you
The administration issues a correction request and the clock restarts. By far the costliest mistake in months — and the only one entirely within our power to avoid.
Foreign certificates without legalisation or sworn translation
What it costs you
An improperly legalised document counts as not submitted. The content may be perfect; the procedure stalls all the same.
Requesting criminal record certificates too early
What it costs you
They expire quickly. Request them at the start and, if the file takes time to assemble, you request them again — travel and legalisation included.
Missing the filing window
What it costs you
Almost every procedure has a window to apply. Outside it the case changes in nature, and sometimes the cheapest route closes.
Finding out too late that it was not your procedure
What it costs you
Building a file for a route that does not fit is time and money lost. That is why the route assessment comes first, and why every page says who it is NOT for.
Paying for an immigration appointment
What it costs you
Appointments are free and nobody can charge you for booking one — including us. If someone charges you for it, that is the first sign you should keep your money.
Fully online, and you always know where it stands.
No office to visit, no phone calls and no waiting for someone to tell you where your case is: you can see it yourself, whenever you want.
From wherever you are
You open your case and upload documents from your phone, whether you already live in Spain or are still in your home country. No office visits.
Stage by stage, nothing missed
You see which stage your case is in, which document is missing and which one is already reviewed. Every change is logged with its date, so you never depend on a callback to know how it is going.
Your questions, with the people handling your case
You ask from inside your own case file and the immigration team handling it answers — not a WhatsApp number that can stop replying. Every action is written down, with a name on it.
Nothing is filed half-done
The file is not submitted until it is complete: that is what keeps it from being returned, and what saves the most months. Once filed, the official receipt appears inside your account.

The questions we get most.
Which permit applies if I already live in Spain?
It depends on your current situation, not your nationality: if you study here, the student stay or the switch to work; if you have lived here over 2 years without authorisation, one of the arraigo routes; if you already hold residency, the renewal or citizenship. The filter above shows what fits, and the initial assessment confirms which route is viable.
Can I do the whole process online?
The case is prepared, reviewed and tracked entirely from the portal: you upload documents, see which stage it is in and pay online. Some procedures include an in-person appointment run by the administration itself (TIE fingerprints, for instance), and when that applies it appears as a stage of your file.
Which official fees are not included?
Booka's fee covers review, preparation, filing and follow-up. Government fees (the 790 forms, consular visa fees) are paid directly to the authority, and each page tells you which ones apply to that procedure.
Can I pay in two instalments?
Yes, with no interest or surcharge: the total is identical either way. The first half opens your case and starts the document review; the second is paid when we file your application — if we have not filed, you do not pay it. You request it from your case file and someone from the team confirms it within 24 working hours.
Are official government fees included?
No: Booka's fee covers review, preparation, filing and follow-up. Government fees are paid directly to the administration, and we tell you which ones apply and when inside your case file.
Does your degree need recognition too?
Booka handles university degree recognition as well as your immigration case: they are separate files before separate authorities, and they can advance in parallel from the same portal.
Booka's fees cover the professional handling of your application only and do not include official government fees, which are paid separately to the relevant authority. Approval of any permit rests solely with the competent administration and depends on the applicant meeting all legal requirements. The information on this page is for guidance only, may change as regulations evolve, and does not constitute individual legal advice.
