Questions

Online immigration gestoría: frequent questions.

Who files my case?

Booka prepares and checks the documents; Booka Legal reviews the file and files it as your representative: on the Mercurio platform for procedures handled by the Immigration Office, and at the relevant e-office or consulate for the rest. If the consulate requires you in person, you take an already-checked file to the appointment.

Is an appeal included in the price?

Yes. If there is a request for documents or a refusal, Booka Legal answers the request or files the appeal at no extra cost. The published fee covers this: document review, case preparation, filing and follow-up until the decision.

Are official fees paid separately?

Yes. Booka's fee is a fixed, published price; official government fees are paid separately, directly to the administration, and we tell you which ones apply and when inside your case file.

Is it 100 % online?

Preparation and follow-up, yes: you upload documents to the portal and see every step in your case file. Procedures filed through an e-office do not require travelling. For consular visas, if the consulate requires you in person, the consulate sets that appointment.

Can you guarantee approval?

No. The competent administration decides, depending on whether the requirements are met. What we do is make sure the file arrives complete and reviewed by the law firm before it is filed.

Booka's fees cover the professional handling of your application only and do not include official government fees, which are paid separately to the relevant authority. Approval of any permit rests solely with the competent administration and depends on the applicant meeting all legal requirements.
