Is this a consultation with a lawyer?
No. It is guidance on which routes fit your situation, and the report says so itself. If you then hire the full service, your file is prepared and filed by a law firm.
Is the 19 € really deducted?
Yes, in full, if you hire the full service for your procedure within the next 14 days. It comes off when you pay for the service inside your account.
How long does it take?
The questionnaire is 12 questions, about three minutes, and the result appears as soon as you finish. The reviewed report arrives within 48 working hours.
What if the answer is that no route fits me?
That is an answer too, and it is the one that saves the most money: it tells you what you are missing and when it would make sense to try again, instead of spending months and fees on a file that will be refused.
Can I get a refund?
The diagnosis is digital content delivered immediately, so by starting you waive your right of withdrawal — we ask you to tick that expressly before paying. If something did not work, write to us and we will look at it.
How do I know this is not a scam?
The price is published before you pay, payment is online with an invoice, and the diagnosis is delivered inside your own account, where the record stays. We never sell immigration appointments: the appointment is free, and being asked to pay for one is the clearest sign of a fake agent.
