One file per person

Bringing someone in does not end
when the contract is signed.

Visa, documents and procedures sit in the same file as recognition, so your team is not chasing each person's status over email.

What moving talent with Booka solves.

The bottleneck is rarely the visa: it is not knowing where each of the twenty people you brought in actually stands.

Everything in one file

The visa is handled next to recognition, not in a separate spreadsheet. Each person is a file with their documents.

You know what is missing, and whose

The documents for each procedure are listed with their status, so you see at a glance who has a gap.

The system tells you, not the candidate

Alerts arrive when a procedure changes status, instead of finding out when someone emails to ask.

How it works.

The same route for one person or for a whole intake.

  1. 1

    You register the person

From your portal, with their passport as the key to the file. If they are already going through recognition with you, it joins their file.

  2. 2

You switch on the right procedure

The visa module covers the work permit; in Spain, also the thirteen published immigration procedures.

  3. 3

    Documents go up

The person uploads theirs from their account and your team sees what is missing without asking by email.

  4. 4

You follow it to the decision

Each procedure's status updates in the file. The decision is made by the authorities, not by us.

Questions about moving talent.

Do you cover every country?

Buying the procedure online is available today for Spain. For other destinations it is handled as an information request, and we tell you what is possible before you contract anything.

Can you guarantee the visa?

No. The decision is made by the destination country's authorities. What we do is get the file there complete and on time, and keep you informed of where it stands.

How long does it take?

It depends on the procedure and the country, and the statutory deadline is not always the real one. Each procedure page publishes the deadline set by law, with its source.

Does it work at volume?

Yes: the same route works for one person or a whole intake, because each is their own file and tracking is by status, not by email.

Is it tied to recognition?

It runs in parallel. They are separate procedures before separate authorities, but they live in the same file so you do not keep two versions of the truth.

Stop chasing statuses over email.

Opening an account is free. You switch the visa module on when you have the first person to move.
