Recognise your secondary diploma in the United Kingdom
The UK has no state homologation: the standard recognition of a foreign secondary qualification is UK ENIC's Statement of Comparability. It is 100% online, needs no apostille, and if your diploma is in Spanish it needs no translation either. We prepare and file your complete application for €440.
What legally applies to your degree
The Statement of Comparability declares which level of the British system your secondary qualification compares to — the document employers and professional bodies ask for. The requirement that stalls most applications is documentary: the certificate and transcript must be signed and dated by the issuing institution, not an affiliated centre. The Document Agent checks this before filing — exactly where most rejected applications fail.
Honesty first: if your goal is entering a British university via UCAS, you normally do NOT need this document — universities assess international qualifications themselves and only ask for ENIC when they don't know yours. The Statement is for proving your level to employers, professional bodies and procedures that expressly request it. We tell you which case is yours before charging anything.

Which documents your file requires
The Document Agent checks every piece against the requirements of the UK ENIC (Ecctis) — the national recognition agency before filing — a file that goes in right the first time is the best defense against extra months of corrections.
- Final secondary certificate (colour scan or photo, all four corners visible)

- Passport or other identity document
- Evidence of name change, if applicable

Official UK ENIC fees
The Statement of Comparability costs £69.60 (about €82) with the digital e-Statement included. A paper copy is optional (£12.60 UK, £75.60 international). In a hurry, the fast track resolves in 2 working days for £223.20 or 1 for £284.40.
If your diploma is in Spanish, translation is free via the Translation Waiver Service. Our full management — file review, filing, tracking and usage guidance — is a single price of €440, official fees included.

Recognizing your degree is half the journey. When it's time for the visa — work, study or residence — the Visa Agent guides you and we manage it with trusted partners specialized in each destination, with your academic file already resolved. Immigration requirements depend on the receiving country.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is the Statement of Comparability?
The official document from UK ENIC, the British national recognition agency, declaring which level of the British education system your foreign qualification compares to. It does not comment on grades or subjects: it certifies the level. It is the standard accepted by employers and professional bodies across the UK.
Is it valid for a British visa?
The visa qualification services (QLS) assess university degrees only — a secondary qualification scores no points on those routes. If your case is a visa case, we tell you before starting. We give no immigration advice: that is what regulated advisers in the UK are for.
Why do applications get rejected at UK ENIC?
The most common cause is documentary: transcripts signed by an affiliated centre instead of the issuing institution, incomplete scans, or name inconsistencies across documents. That is exactly what we review before filing — the official fee is non-refundable once review starts.
Do I need an apostille or to send originals?
No to both. UK ENIC works with colour scans or photos (JPEG or PDF, max 5 MB, all four corners visible) and requires no apostille. It is one of the few genuinely 100% online recognition procedures.
Do I have to translate my diploma into English?
If it is in Spanish, no: UK ENIC's Translation Waiver Service accepts Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, French and Russian documents for free. Outside those languages, we coordinate a professional translation the agency accepts.
How long does it take?
15 working days from a complete, paid file, as the agency itself declares. With fast track, 1 or 2 working days. The clock doesn't start until payment is complete — another reason to file the case right the first time.
Does it get me into a UK university?
You normally don't need it: British universities assess international qualifications themselves within the UCAS application, and only ask for a Statement when they don't know the qualification. We tell you before starting — we don't sell the procedure to someone who doesn't need it.
