What people ask most about CV Pro.
Which CV formats can I upload?
PDF, Word (.doc and .docx) or an image of the document (JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC), up to 15 MB. If you upload Word, the engine converts it before reading it.
How long until it is ready?
Between 10 and 15 minutes after the payment is confirmed. The engine extracts your profile, adapts it to the country and generates both PDFs. You will see it in the CV IA tab of your account.
Which languages do I get the CV in?
Spanish and English, one PDF per language with the same content. From your account you can later add the Arabic version.
Do I need an account?
It is created for you with the email you give at checkout. After paying you get an entry link and, when you come back, you sign in with your email, no password.
What if I am not happy with the result?
From your account you can regenerate it and adjust the destination country. For a payment issue, write to soporte@usebooka.com with your purchase email.
Can you verify my credentials on the CV?
Yes. From your portal account you can add verification of experience, university degree or specialist title, performed by the Verifier Agent and marked on the CV.
Is this the same as recognition of my degree?
No. CV Pro is the document you apply with. Degree recognition is the official process, subject to the receiving country, and a separate service you can also contract at Booka.
